8. Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping charges are ₹99.

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹599.

Estimated delivery time is generally within 7 days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

9. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible locations and orders.

VELI Luxury reserves the right to restrict COD availability for certain orders, locations, or circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid phone number and accurate delivery address when placing a COD order.

10. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of beauty and personal care products, refunds are not applicable on beauty and personal care products.

However, damaged or incorrect products may be eligible for replacement after verification.

Customers must contact VELI Luxury as soon as possible after receiving the order and provide the required information, photographs, or videos for verification.

Replacement requests are subject to approval after verification.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Products
